I ordered the dinner shells and asked for extra mozzarella cheese. After receiving the dish from an employee besides my waitress, I realized that it barley had any on it at all. After 15 minutes of waiting for my waitress, I asked the hostess to find her for me. 5 minutes later she showed up and handed me the check. I asked her if she requested extra mozzarella on my ticket and she showed me that she did. I asked to speak with the cook. She said that she would go ask the chef about it. Came back and said the chef/owner said that it was on there. I asked to speak to the manager and was treated like an idiot when the waitress then told me that the chef is the manager/ owner. I replied that I would still like to speak with her please. She rudely said she would ask, but didn't think she would care to speak with me. Waitress came back and said simply "she took it off your bill" and walked away. I asked why she wouldnt speak to me and she replied " it's ok, she took it off your bill". I could care less about the extra .25cent charge for the xtra mozz. I thought they might have better customer service than that. I will never eat there again. Despite having good food, they treated me with such disrespect and ignorance. I will never support them with my business again! I will make sure everyone I encounter while working at sugar mountain knows how terrible there customer service is. I honestly don't know how they keep so much business with such awful business technique and service to there customers.
