Good food and good prices, if you get a table at the window you can enjoy the water views. Specials are good

“Great little diner!!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 20, 2012

Exactly what I expected - a cute little family diner on the water with cheap, delicious food! Got breakfast for two for $15! Pancakes were so fluffy and decent sized! The "mix" or home fries, egg, cheese, and ham was great and big enough for two people to spilt. Will be back!

“Overlooking everything, and nothing”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 11, 2012

This unique and lovely spot overlooks the Niagara River, Lake Ontario, Fort Niagara and myriad yachts, but the management overlooks nothing. Our lunch-dinner yesterday included an absolutely delicious Greek chicken with spinach and feta, buried in the menu in such a way that it appeared, wrongly, as if the only reason to order it was that it was good for you. Also on our fare -- a turkey burger, with a choice of cheeses and exactly the right amount of fries. Soda came by the bottle and the iced-tea glass just seemed to refill itself, so smooth and prompt was the service. (Probably didn't tip her enough). While not a diner by dictionary definition -- that is, manufactured elsewhere, trucked in, like those gleaming chrome '50s models -- it has every other attribute in service, friendliness and affordability. Not open for dinner on weekends, can't figure out why this is, but we memorize the schedule and make do as often as we can, often the turnaround point on a 30-mile trip from home... fyi our bill, including tax and two non-alcholic drinks, was $22-something.

“Great Place For Lunch”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 30, 2012

We stopped for lunch after a visit to Old Fort Niagara and were very pleased. The service was excellent, as was the food. It was quiet and quaint, in keeping with the area.
