Absolutely spotless. Great location and service. Large room with great hot tub and swimming pool in the pool house across the parking lot. Very complete continental breakfast. My second time here and more will be coming.

Room Tip: I like the king rooms on the first floor near the lounge.

Nice large room; comfortable bed; healthy breakfast; great location; well kept building; discount on Windham Mtn lift tickets - all super!

Only thing that prevented a higher rating is the Jacuzzi which was dated and didn't work well.

Look forward to returning to this hotel.

I have been staying in Vienna for the past 4 years, every year.
And I will keep coming back.

The location is magnificent, the distance from the mountain and the golf club is a mere 5 minute drive.

Free wifi which is pretty fast, free sodas of all kinds in the cousy kitchen, free juices and so on 24/7.
Tasty pastry in the mornings, fresh milk and other things to set you up for the day.

The outdoor pool and jacuzzi are awesome, particularly aftet a day of skiing!

At night its very quiet, the rooms are big, clean and the beds are comfortable.

The only bad thing I have to say is that sometimes the hotel gets overbooked and then I can't book a room.

But even then, the great management (Rick) would be in touch with you if vacancy opens and move your reservations without any fuss or fees.

Go Vienna!

Greg.

I booked the hotel for three nights to get some private time to complete writing my novel. Looked like a nice place to get some peace. After my first night, went onto balcony in 5 degree weather for a break...closed glass door which promptly locked shut behind me. I was stuck on freezing balcony for an hour calling out for help as my phone was locked in room but to no avail. As i was getting frostbite i decided I had no choice but to kick door in so I did not freeze to death. Rick the owner finally heard me and spent a good deal of time breaking into hotel room door.
I went into town to try to relax and spoke to Rick at hotel later. Told him I was leaving in the morning and did not want to be charged for the two nights. His response was "What am I supposed to do?" and explained that THE DOORS TEND TO LOCK PEOPLE OUT SOMETIMES. A lovely clerk at the desk said it happens all the time and had happened to her as well. Between that knowledge and management's refusal to budge on a refund (charged me for one night and said he had to), I was incensed. Explained that I owned a restaurant and was in the hospitality business and he said yeah, well this is more than a ten dollar steak, isn't it? Rude, condescending and I shall not return. Will also warn friends about danger of second-floor lockouts in the dead of winter. Too bad, it seemed like a cute little place. FIX YOUR DOORS Hotel Vienna and spare future travelers unnecessary trauma.

A wonderful little hotel, perfect for a ski get away. Came up with my girlfriend midweek and got a mountain view jacuzzi tub room and everything was clean and cozy. The jacuzzi and pool were very nice and clean as well. I don't know where the few bad reviews were coming from the staff was more than accomidating and its a quaint ski hotel not a resort in bocca it was perfect for what we wanted and we will be back.

This hotel was very nice for me and my family with a great view. We were so lucky we even had some snow, something like 12+ inches. Rick was always there to help us around and on the snow day he literally bailed everyone out from the hotel parking. The inside pool was very good and my daughter was the one that tried it out. As a suggestion maybe it would be OK to put showers in the restrooms by the pool. The rooms were great, clean no smells of any kind. The staff is awesome. I do recommend.

Room Tip: Always ask for the rooms facing the mountain, they have better views.
