My mom, sister and I stayed at this hotel Mother's day weekend in May and had a wonderful time. We were passing through onto other places and this hotel is one of the most beautiful. It was clean, the people were polite, and it was quiet. I am in the hotel business and it was one of the better ones that I have seen. I would recommend this hotel for sure.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn Williamsville over Memorial Day weekend (May 25-29) with my Father and Son. I was immediately impressed with the courteous front desk staff who were always available to answer questions and give directions.

The location is right in the heart of downtown Wiliiamsville which is an up and coming, quaint area with little shops, boutiques, a dessert restaurant (Butterwood) and a Starbucks all within a 2 block walk. If you forgot to pack anything, no problem, they share the same parking lot as Rite-aid which is great!

The rooms were nicely decorated and spacious with fluffy down comforters and a large variety of comfy pillows that made you not want to get out of bed! The bathroon was large and beautifully decorated with marble and granite, and the water pressure of the shower was wonderful. Great lighting, just wish they had a swing-arm makeup mirror next to the hairdryer as the vanity is deep and it maes putting on your eye makeup tricky.

The fitness room is very small but the machines are like new and clean and will do for a quick workout. It is also open 24 hours which is great for early-risers! The pool was empty every time I walked by, but was very large and clean and had a jacuzzi tub off to the side for the adults to relax in which looked inviting.

The complimentary breakfast was wonderful! It was a buffet style that offered a huge assortment of breads, yogurts, juices, cereals, and even 2 hot entrees (eggs, sausage, gravy for biscuits, etc.). It was always kept clean and filled and the kitchen staff was very pleasant and friendly to everyone.

I was very pleased with our stay there and hope to return again in the future. I would not look anywhere else in the area as the Hampton Inn, Williamsville has everything you need and more!

Let me start off to say this is probably the only hotel I have ever stayed in that is actually better than it's star rating-it is actually 3.5 stars and NOT a two star hotel. My wife comes to Buffalo often on business and we both have family there so I have stayed at this particular Hampton Inn several times. The last time we stayed there for two nights. We went to visit my mother-in-law at her nursing home then took her to lunch and went shopping. When we returned to the room it was not cleaned. When we called the front desk and asked why it was not cleaned, she said we had luggage on the beds and the staff did not want to move it because it contained our "personal items" so they emptied the trash, changed the towels and cleaned the tub. So I hang out at the hotel while my son takes a nap and the front desk calls me to ask me if everything is to my "satisfaction". I ask her if she is kidding, that my son is taking a nap on filthy sheets and our personal items would be in the room whether they were sitting on the floor or on the bed and we shouldn't have to consider locking our luggage in our car whenever we leave the room. While crickets chirped after that remark, upon our checkout that night was not charged to our stay so their 100% Hampton Guarantee was their saving grace. Besides, there is a brand new Hampton Downtown.

I stayed at this hotel while visiting family over the Christmas holidays. It is a great place to come back to after a long day of family drama. The beds are very comfy and there are lots of towels.

The cleaning staff do a great job -- they kept giving us more and more free shampoos every day and they even tucked in a stuffed penguin that my boyfriend had bought me when they were making the bed. It was very cute to come back to!

There is a pool/whirlpool inside (rarely crowded) and a tiny fitness room (also not crowded.) You can walk to a starbucks, a rite aid and a lot of local restaurants.

Staff was friendly, breakfasts were good (the hot breakfast was usually not very healthy though). There was always hot water for tea and cocoa as well as hot coffee in the lobby, complete with to-go cups so that I could grab a cup whenever I was heading out. There were free cookies in the evening too. The morning I left, I had an early flight and was happy to see free "breakfast bags" at the front desk, even at 5 am! I was not expecting breakfast that morning!

I think Hampton Inns in general are very smartly designed -- they give you the amenities that are actually useful (so you're not paying $1.70 for a to-go coffee next door or starving because your early flight means missing continental breakfast.) Please stay at this lovely hotel.
