It is conveniently near to the Westchester Medical Center, all of White Plains, and only a half-hour drive to Manhattan. Its location on the last piece of undeveloped land in White Plains makes it a historic treasure. Soundview should be first on the list of anyone looking to visit or work in Westchester County.
