I would liike to reply to Jayla who experienced poor customer service. Thank you for your feedback. I am one of two owners of the business and the first and most important thing we teach our staff is customer service. I am extrememly disappointed to hear this review. We have always had fantastic reviews about our staff and customer service. We have a small number of staff at this time of the year and am calling a meeting immediately. As owners we work both in and on our business and are usually aware of any 'bad' days staff may be having and rectify it immediately. I am so sorry for you to have had a poor experience. Our business is usually rated the friendliest in the region.
