We arrived at our destination after the long drive from Perth, as we pulled our car onto the drive out run a dog, tail wagging and looking at us very knowingly. Maria the owner told us she would be out and would leave the keys out for us, as we got out of the car the dog in her own way directed us to our accommodation, we then went down into the most lovely garden which leads down to the inlet, dog following and wanting us to play.
The accommodation was excellent, our friends had the 2 bed and we had the 1 bed apartment, very clean and we had a welcoming glass of sherry and sat on the joint veranda overlooking the inlet.
When Maria arrived, she gave us such a warm welcome ( although she did not wag her tail ) like Mina ( dogs name ), we went to the Denmark tavern that night for dinner, do not have a starter huge meals and very good quality.
Breakfast can either be continental/full cooked, we opted for continental it was lovely, and plenty of it.
A must is Green Pools/Elephant Rocks, we had a perfect day and the beach is probably the best I have seen in WA, we then went onto Ducketts Fram Winery/Cheese had a fabulous platter and stunning views.
If you like something different go to the Healthy Bhudda Restaurant situated in the town, an old converted house, very quirky and fab food, the Pad Thai one of the best I have tasted, but they do steak, fish etc.
We had a lovely time in Denmark and we all would recommend Denmark Waters B & B, Thanks for a lovely stay.
