“Beautiful scenery ,Blue Sky , Warm Water”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 22, 2013

They do everything well in Shark Bay. I think at least they are trying to protect the environment and the Dolphins. I think the prices of Tours are highly overpriced for what you get but if you don't do them what is the point of going there. Our trip by road just for the day to Steep Point for two (2) including morning tea which consisted of a cup of tea and a piece of cake and lunch which was a salad roll no tea or drink offered came at a cost of $1,100 yes that's correct One Thousand One Hundred Dollars Australian. That's just one of the tours!!!! which cost a lot. But nonetheless very enjoyable and we wanted to go there. and our guide was excellent.

“Fantastic area to visit”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 18, 2013

We visited the bay in December having driven north from Perth. The views were stunning and ideal for some photography. A must visit place.

“A beautiful place to visit”

This whole area is a wonderland and spectacular place to visit, especially Shell Beach where there are tiny sea shells for at least a Km and we are told several feet deep. Great place for photography too.

“The best place in the world”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 23, 2013

We come here every year and every time it's different. Last time we caught squid off the jetty and lot of whiting and a shark.

This year we caught a pink snapper, tailor another shark and a couple of mackerel.

Besides the fishing there is so much to do and see and it's not like anywhere else.

It's pure and untouched.

Check out the weather and pick the best time of the year for you. Remember to look at the wind as well as the temperature.

Bring a 4wd and if you have a boat bring that too. There is good kayaking at Monkey Mia. You're better off staying in Dehnam rather than Monkey Mia and just driving to Monkey Mia.

Remember this is a simple and untouched place. That is why it is so special. Don't rush about too much or you'll miss the beauty. In one kayaking trip at Monkey Mia we had a pod of dolphins, a dugong and a giant turtle come to look at us.

Once you visit you will want to come back every year.

Bring the family.
