it was all good. the hot springs was a little disappointing as it was too expensive so we missed that. apart from all that it was great no faults.

“World Class!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 1, 2013

The Shark Bay World Heritage Site covers a huge area. We visited some of the highlights - Shell Beach is very unusual but the shells on much of the beach have been compacted and special measures are being undertaken to regenerate the beach by creating furrows to encourage the deposit of more 'loose' shells like those we found down near the water's edge, where the lovely warm water of the Indian Ocean is delightful.
The lookout points at Eagle Bluff have been really well designed with a boardwalk that makes this stunning section of coast fully accessible to everyone, including wheelchair users. The sea below was so clear that we could see sharks swimming close to the base of the cliff.

“Take your time to soak up this stunning coastline!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 25, 2013

We only had a couple of days, but wish we had at least a week to explore more of what this gorgeous coastline has to offer.
Very well signposted and with excellent tourist information available from the Denham Tourist Centre, be prepared and make sure you don't miss out on anything!
We will be back!!

“Little Lagoon beach is a must see”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 31, 2013

Shark Bay is a lovely sea side town. If you want to relax, this is the place, but I have been told in school holidays and Easter the population jumps from 800-900 people (normal) to 2000-2500 - that is very busy. Little Lagoon is beautiful and a must see. If you have a 4wd you will be able to do a lot more in Shark Bay, if you only have a 2wd then there isn't much to see and relaxing is what you'll be doing. Not much snorkelling, but there are a few fish to see. Snorkelling is best in Coral Bay and Exmouth. But the beaches in Shark Bay are still beautiful, crystal clear water and shallow =)
