We visited this restaurant as a familly on two occasions. The first time we went, we were conscious that the restaurant was full of Italian families, and felt very much that we were deprioritised as a result of our being English (we waited over two hours for four pizzas). This was confirmed the next time we went (we were desperate!). The outside of the restaurant was COMPLETELY empty, yet we were told that they were fully booked outside and were shown to a small table inside next to the toilets! We left in disgust.
