This restaurant had only been open a few days prior to our visit and it was a treat to find such a fine dining experience within Europa Park. It is a beautifully designed, circular space, all plush dark purple velvet and arty crockery/cutlery, wine buckets etc. Perhaps reflecting the recent opening service did not flow. Staff were friendly, and I am sure in time capable of being efficient, but during our visit we waited 20 minutes just for menu's and we were left a while with empty glasses only then to be topped up several times within seconds by different waiters. Beer was also served unchilled. All teething problems I hope because the food was stupendous. Fabulous bread, various amazing amuse bouches including a divine mini beetroot macaroon, and highly delicious mains of turbot, venison and mushroom strudel. Seriously good food.
