Your visit to Europa Park starts here as you will immediately feel in a magical and unusual environment.
Parking is easy and free and literally in front of the door.
The walk to the Europa Park is about 5 minutes and hotel customers can enter the park 30min before the public, where some attractions will already be open.

We had initially booked our stay for 3 nights, but when we got to the bell rock we were pleasantly surprised with how comfortable the rooms were and the excellent service being provided to us that we extended our stay for an entire week. My daughter is 5 and she just loved the bunker beds in the room. Thank you the Bell Rock Hotel, the entire family looks forward to staying there again in the years to come.

This was our second time in Europa Park, we loved it when we stayed in hotel El Andaluz. This time we wanted to try the new hotel Bell Rock. All year our doughtier was waiting for the visit to Europa Park and the new hotel as it was her birthday.
We arranged the Presidential suite - please note - it is not a presidential suite it is just two rooms on top of each other with huge stair case. No locks in the bathroom, one wall is glass which makes it very uncomfortable to take shower when a child can come move the wooden door and see you. Overall the room is a simple suite NOT presidential standard.
We booked a restaurant for doughtier birthday, Ammolite as it was said that it's a restaurant for special occasions. Guess what? Child's birthday is nothing for them, they think that their restaurant is in the center of London or New York and children are nothing to them. To make a long story short - we booked the restaurant for the birthday and booked cake. At the end of the meal they just brought the cake and put it on the table. No candles no congratulations - although we did order candles on the cake. When my husband asked in German (so that my doughtier will not understand where are the candles, they said that they DO NOT put candles in this restaurant) why nobody told us that we don't know but the fact is - birthday was ruined! After seeing my husband argue with waiters my doughtier was crying and went to sleep. She said it was worst birthday she had. This seems like a joke for adults but for a child who is waiting for a year for a nice birthday evening in Europa Park it is a disaster. When we spoke to reservation about the incident they said - candles are not allowed in that restaurant, why nobody told us when we booked - we don't know

We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom penthouse suites with our grown up granddaughters and found everything about the hotel and facilities wonderful.
we spent a very relaxing afternoon at the hotel pool where robes and towels were freely available as were the chairs and sun loungers. At busy times I could imagine the seating becoming scarce.
We ate at one of the restuarants at the hotel which was expensive but the food really good. They also have less expensive alternative places to eat there and again the foon was good there also.
The suite was was absolutely big enough for 4 adults and apart from the 2 double bedrooms each with there own bathroom there was also bunkbeds in the sitting room which could be hidden behind sliding doors.
The follwing day we visited europa park and as we purchased the tickets at the hotel we could use the hotel entrance to the park which was 10 minutes away on foot. we also could leave the car in the hotel car park.
if there was a complaint it would be the pillows as I like quite firm pillows and the pillows there were big soft squares that i could not et comfortable on, having said that I could alwayy take my own.
All in all I can totally recommend this hotel and facilities for a special occacion whether visiting the park or not.

Great concept and great Hotel as usual - whenever the Mack family does something they do it right. My wife and I know the park and the Hospitality since more than 10 years and we have stayed at every property so far. why do we not give a "5" this time - the operations at Bell Rock is not yet as perfect as in the other properties and especially the breakfast service is very bad. Hence they have some work to do but we assume after the busy summer they have time to adjust. The Hotel itself is fantastic. Especially with a young child there is nothing to complain with regard to the room (suite Asia). Spacious, great view, separate sleeping area (bunker bed) and this time a new approach in terms of the amenities and the linen. Issue we still see is the technology part - high speed Internet access is not up to what we would expect as we stayed 12 nights and we needed to re-authenticate every time with different devices. TV / IPTV is good quality but the volume settings need to be adjusted every time after switch on - could be solved smarter. Otherwise great park as always and great concept ! Thanks for having us at your new Hotel.

Room Tip: Take one of the new themed suites especially with children.

We stayed at the hotel with our 12 year old son and his friend. We have stayed at 2 other hotels in Europa Park, and would recommend both of them as well, but the Bell Rock, in our opinion is by far the best. All of the rooms have air conditioning. There are more restaurants in this hotel than in the others, with better choices of food. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The hotel pool is really well designed, with massage jets, and plenty of loungers, and even bean bags scattered around it. The whole hotel just oozes with class. Europa Park just gets better and better. Well done to them! Highly recommended.

We have just spent one night there with our 5 1/2 y.o. girl! Nothing negative we could say about the hotel. A perfect place with a perfect service, of course dedicated to children.
Can't wait to be back....
