We really enjoyed our stay at MAshariki Palace. The house is beautifully refurbished. The rooms are very nice. The street to the house needs some major improvement. Besides that Stone Town itself was not what we had expected, one should know that there is a school opposite of the building. The rooms facing that side are rather noisy during the morning of school days.
