We went for lunch - a small, cute little cafe in stone town

Ordered the bunny chow and a wrap. The bunny chow was amazing - spicy lovely curry in beautiful bread (the only bread we have found in Africa that is not too sweet!). Very highly recommended dish. The wrap was prawn and sweet chilli and was also excellent in its own right. Great iced spiced coffee too. Unfortunately they do not serve hot drinks after breakfast.

Would definitely go back again.

We found this place based on other recommendations on TripAdvisor and we were not disappointed! The food was fresh and tasty (we shared a chapati wrap and a curry) and the smoothies and drinks were great! The decor is simple and clean. I would go again if we were in Stone Town longer!

Having been in Zanzibar for the last four years, I have to say that this was the best lunch I ever had in Stone Town. The service was excellent and the food was above my expectations! The presentation was excellent and the taste was supurb. Thanks to the restaurant team and specially to Chef Fillipo, and his staff, for a job well done! Keep it up!!

this is a very small restaurant that serves very good food presented well and with friendly service and patience. Located near the Hot Spot Bistro, just around the corner, you could be forgiven for not noticing this tiny hole in the wall location. But the drinks are varied and exquisite, try the lime mint soda, the meals are more than one can eat at a sitting and the prices are very reasonable for stonetown...if you are a volunteer working here, you qualify for a 10% discount on your food bill....this is one of the best eating places in this tourist driven economy and you will not be disappointed....open for lunch and dinner.
