“Comfort and good sized rooms!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 14, 2013

Very welcoming upon checking in. Quick and very polite clerks.
Rooms are a good size, fridge and stove in the 2 dbl bed room we had. Very clean, all staff very friendly and easily approachable.
Free breakfast very nice and nicely displayed. Eating area a little small, the rooms appeared to be all taken, so lots of people at breakfast area.
Quiet, comfortable sleep. Very much enjoyed our 3 night stay at this hotel. Nice location, very handy to hwys, shopping and dining.

The value we recieved for the money spent here was tremendous! Using my Choice membership gave me 30% discount on the already low price. For this we got a super comfy King size bed in a very clean room and had 2 nights of quiet rest. An adequate morning breakfast and coffee/fruit/donuts throughout the day. Cindy on the front desk made sure our stay was perfect. Wish we had upgraded to a suite with a hot tub! Next time...

We will definately return to the Quality Inn in Watertown on any future visits. Perfectly located for easy access to I81 and shopping.

Room Tip: Book online using your Choice membership for the best deals.

We checked in on Fri Sept 27, for 1 night? We were with friends .Although the hotel is old and does need a face lift, it is very clean. Beds were comfy, but a little too soft for me. Lobby has antique furniture that is quite nice.
The shower has amazing water pressure. Price was good $75+tax. Even though they don't have a restaurant, there is an Italian one right next door.We certainly will stay here again

For 69$/night, this was a very nice place to stay. Loved the lobby with chandeliers and hot breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles and the usual) Clean hotel and well situated near many restaurants and shopping options. Had some issues with our room door but nothing major. Beds very comfy, rooms well equipped with coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. Room a little small but it was perfect for the night, slept very well; great for the price! I would recommend.

We stayed for one night on our way to the Adirondacks. Hotel is rather retro, so would consider some updating. Bed was a little soft for my liking, room seemed clean, breakfast average, staff overall friendly. Would stay again for similar reasons.....a quick overnight.

2 of 5 stars Reviewed September 6, 2013

This was the worst lodging experience of our 3 week trip. It started with how far we had to walk to get to our room since husband has a bad hip. Next we opened the drawer in the bedside table for the phone book, and found something that should never be left in a bedside table. I won't go into details, but was immediately issued a discount on our room when I reported it. The room looked nice when we entered it, but when I sat at the desk next to the microwave, I couldn't help but notice the thick layer of dust that had accumulated underneath it. The place definitely needs a DEEP cleaning! The WIFI is good in the room, but you're going to need an extension cord if you want to plug in your computer since the outlet next to the desk is filled up from the fridge, wifi, coffeemaker and TV. My final complaint was with the shower - first time I've ever had to call on husband to get a shower turned on for me, and even his muscles had trouble turning it on. This is definitely not a place I'd recommend to anyone and the only reason it gets a 2* is because of the helpful desk personnel who will try to solve your problems.

We stayed a couple of nights over the Labour Day weekend and found this non-smoking, pet friendly hotel to be clean, reasonably priced, and had a good free breakfast and high speed internet. This location was convenient as we could walk to many restaurants and stores within a quarter of a mile. Only negative was the smokers standing or sitting right outside the door so you had to walk through them and pickup the smell on your clothes.
