“Excellent stay!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 10, 2013

We checked in about 6:45pm and were greeted by Priscilla. Hope the hotel hangs onto her! Very friendly and outgoing, and informed us right away that we would be getting a better rate than the senior discount I had gotten online, because the hotel was running a special that week. What a nice way to start off our stay. Next we sampled some of the free wine and beer In the reception area.
The rooms, while not new, we're clean and odor free. Filling hot breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausages, and waffles was a great way to begin our shopping day in Watertown.
We'd stay here again!

Room Tip: The rooms we had at the end, 142 and 144 were very quiet, away from busy Arsenal St.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the quality inn while we were in town to go white water rafting and I was very impressed. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We showed up 3 hrs before check in and she was nice enough to make some calls and get us in our room. It is located right on a main strip so there are lots of restaurants and things to do at a close distance. The rooms are a little out dated but for the great price a night you can't beat it. We will definitely be back when we come for our next rafting trip.

Room Tip: Ask for a room by the outdoor pool!

WE were on the road with no reservations in the area and decided to see if they had a room. The going rate was $99. So when we arrived there, we noticed the special price of $69 on the billboard. Not only did they have a room, non-smoking, king-size bed, but we got it at the special price. The accomodations were great, the free hot breakfast was a nice bonus. The coffee and food was more than adequate. We liked it so much, we decided to stay another night as well. The staff was friendly and attentive. Great deal for the price.

Room Tip: Don't always do by the star ratings. Read the reviews as well to get a better feel for what it l...

This was an older property that changed hands. The Quality Inn Group is trying to upgrade this back into a two star hotel. The breakfast was great and they even had a happy hour in the lobby with beer wine and snacks. The coffee was on all day and they left donuts out as well. The staff was excellent. The rooms are older but have had a facelift and included a fridge and micro. The beds were comfortable and the shower heads have been upgraded. Overall a good experience for a two star property.

We stayed at this hotel on a whim after traveling from Burlington, VT through Lake Placid and eventually on to Syracuse, NY. We didn't have a reservation but stopped in on our way through town and the hotel was able to accomodate us. We only paid $69 for a King-sized bed room, which was a good deal. The lobby area was really clean and inviting. Our room (#246) was located WAY in the back of the hotel and although we were a bit worried about parking our car in what appeared to be the sketchy end of the hotel, it was fine and there were no problems. The room was a bit damp and humid but was clean. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor but the bathroom itself was clean. I'd stay here again if the price was $69 but it probably isn't worth much more than that.

Thank you for staying with us, and the feedback. You are 100% correct with the dampness, we have been rained on for just short of 7 weeks, so yes it has been a task to keep everyone and everything nice and dry. Well I hope everything else with your trip went well and we look forward to seeing you again.

With the AAA discount, a room with a heart shaped jacuzzi was only $120. The room also came with 2 real wine glasses, not just the standard plastic cups you usually get at hotels.

Good water pressure, the jacuzzi filled up fast.

Clean and comfy stay. My only complaint would be some noisy kids running up and down the hall, but that's not necessarily the hotels fault.

Thank you for staying with us! What is funny Is I had to put in a reducer valve in just to cut the water pressure back some, it would shoot right out of the toilet, and sink before. So I am glad you enjoyed your stay. As far as the kids, you let us know if someone is bothering you, reminding people that its a hotel and everyone is entitled to a quite , comfortable stay is all part of a days work.

We were on a 3 week trip through the north east into Canada when it was time to stop for the night. We had picked up a coupon at the visitor center for another hotel when we passed this Quality Inn with the sign Spring Special $79.00. closer to the exit. We stopped in and checked the Trip Advisor reviews(of course) while in the parking lot. Had good reviews, went in asked to see a room. She gave us a room in the back which was like the reviews said, old but renovated with the exception of big LCD Tv's, room looked clean and inspecting it, bed felt really comfy...checked in and was told happy hour started in a few minutes. I had read this on the reviews but really...free beer and wine(great for all those Canadians but for this money?) .Lobby was very inviting so we visited with several Canadians coming across the border to shop then went to the best Italian Restaurant connected to hotel which had amazing food. We raved so much about the food the owner gave us free desert, then told the waiters to give the whole restaurant free desert. This was a fun night! The staff was very friendly. I asked why was everyone being given rooms in the back and they replied that the front rooms all had been completely updated with LCD Tv's and for $10.00 more we could upgrade. No, thats OK, I wasn't going to watch TV anyway. Bed was great and we slept very well...all was quiet..in the morning the breakfast was very good. I would highly recommend this hotel. A nice little surprise!
So good to make a good review!

Room Tip: Save the $10 and stay in the back, use the money for the great Italian restaurant, checked front an...
