Came here for my honeymoon (six nights, seven days) and was absolutely floored by the five star treatment by the staff at every interaction, be it the reception, the dining (except for at the Veda restaurant where everyone is rude!), Spa, boating, everywhere!
Fantastic and very cozy, the rooms have every amenity you might think of. We had breakfast and dinner at Senso restaurant and food was great. The special candle lit dinner night was a disappointment though. With too many flies and bad service, it was quite unlike the time we had enjoyed during most of the week. I sincerely hope that they come up with a solution to this issue. Overall I have to say that we enjoyed our stay and thanks again to everyone who helped us to make our stay a memorable one.
Two negatives: One is that they do not have internet/WiFi in rooms and it can be a pain to come to the business center every-time.
Two, they do not have intercoms in the lobby, so do not forget your keys and get locked outside your rooms. The resort is really big and you may have to walk back to the reception to get them!
