“Perfect time in Paradise”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 23, 2014

We flew out on Friday 14th hoping for a quiet, relaxing break - with warm sunshine, good food - and a little alcohol! We flew back yesterday content in the knowledge that we got exactly that - and more!

Hard to add to the earlier reviews however having read one that is less than complimentary my advice would be to ignore that one and read the others!

We were given such a warm welcome when we arrived bleary eyed - a very personal check in over a cocktail.

Staff were superb, always friendly and polite but never over the top. Their kindness and attention to detail seemed genuine rather than forced and fake. As others have said the managers were very visible and took time to talk to everyone. Sadly I can't recall all their names but Damien and Michael in the bar deserve a special mention.

Food in all restaurants was amazing - full of flavour and just the right quantities. Beautifully cooked and returned inspired. Service in the restaurants always excellent.

Our room was gorgeous and spacious as well as clean - which applied to all of the hotel. It certainly lived up to it's description of being quiet - just what we wanted. Plenty of space in all areas and often had the main pool more or less to ourselves.

It's nestled in a small cove - again that's exactly as described - but opens up into the gorgeous turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean. Perfect! There isn't much outside the hotel within walking distance - so not a holiday for those looking for lively nightlife. But plenty of activities on offer.

We went on the catamaran trip - highly recommended - swimming and snorkelling on offer. But also a barbecue lunch - amazing quantity of food and drink in great company. We returned merry and sleepy! Fantastic value for money.

Another day we had a day trip round the island in a taxi - the hotel sent us off with an extraordinary picnic box - only complaint was there was too much food!

We were genuinely sad to say goodbye to the lovely people we met and have both agreed it was one of the best holidays we've had.

We fell in love with the hotel - and Mauritius.

And now all we can see is out of the window is gloomy grey UK skies and all I can hear is the washing machine. Feel a little sad.

My husband and I stayed at Paradise Cove for one week in February. From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were impressed by the hotels friendly, welcoming and professional staff. The adults only hotel is situated is a beautiful cove, with immaculately kept gardens and beach. In addition to the beach there are numerous 'nests' located around the resort for you to lounge in the sun, on decked, beach and grassy areas to suit every guest. There is also a main hotel infinity pool with loungers, as well as the beached area and you can swim into the open ocean. However, the thing to really impress upon is the staff - thank you Prakash, Tulsi, Amul, Sangeeta, Michael, Reshma and everyone who looked after us. Prakash particularly ensured that our every need with food and drink was catered for. We were fortunate enough for our stay to coincide with an amazing valentines dinner on the cove beach restaurant, which was beautifully set and delicious. We stayed in a junior suite and had the premium all inclusive package, we particularly benefited from the the numerous treatments and additional extras this included. Amazing holiday, beautiful hotel, incredible staff and service with good food - we highly recommend a visit. Thank you Paradise Cove for making this such a tranquil and amazing stay.

The hotel is set in a wonderful position, it is very peaceful and relaxing, all the staff are helpful and caring. They took great care of me, after having an accident on the plane, which needed hospital treatment. We would certainly go back.

We have just returned from 11 days at the hotel.
We cannot over emphasise how pleasant and helpful the staff were. It is situated in a small cove but you can choose to swim in the main ocean if you prefer. Small and for adults only - we went at peak season but there were always plenty of sun loungers and rondavels to sit under. The food was themed each night with a choice of restaurants and was always well cooked, well presented and well served. We left feeling as if this was one of our best ever holidays.
Congratulations and thanks to all the staff. Peter and Olenka Cawdery

It was wonderful far beyond expected . I didn't really ve a reservation with dem ,luckily I came to their gate . They charged me 140usd per night , which I consider very cheap for their services. Breath taking views. 3 restaurants, good gym spa indoor beach. Great food. My only problem was that I was solo . It was lonely .

Spent a weekend @ the hotel to celebrate valentine. Was my first time there and can barely complain about the service and standard of the hotel. We were treated like VIP`s from the start of our stay till the end. Special thanks to RAKESH and ARABELLE. We benefit from a late check-out which we really appreciate. We were on all-inclusive.. and could enjoy every meals.. which were very tasty. The pools and peninsula were just awesome. Amazing view of the sea. Very good privacy with many places to relax. Did not have time to try any water sports though. Dinner @ night was very nice, we booked the cove restaurant which is on the beach and some cove on the "sea" water. However it the lacks some night entertainment. Only some kind of live music. No music or DJ or something. But this is not a big issue, as discotheques are close to the hotel.

Conclusion : If you want privacy, good service,a nice place to relax, do not think twice.. and go for PARADISE COVE BOUTIQUE HOTEL. You will not regret any bit of it.
Will definitely go there again in the near future.

This lovely hotel which is for adults only is set in a fabulous location. The tranquility hits as you walk in. A lot of attention to details are clearly emphasized, from the lovely gardens and flowers, flower pots to the lovely colonial design of the lobby and bar area. The staff are very friendly and effcient and professional. Already the first day they adressed us by name. The sun bathing areas are well spread out so it never seems crowded, all sun beds are set two by two and as secluded as possbile. Food, drinks and service are all top notch. If you are interested in rum you must have a chat with Raul the knowledgeable and friendly general manager.
