The location is great, within walking distance of the town center. Terry is a kind soul and was very helpful. The townspeople were also pleasant. The rooms were quite comfortable and cozy. It was too cold to use the pool, but it looked nice. The grounds are well-maintained. There is an entertainment room downstairs, but we ended up not using it. We were looking for mellow and we found it. I don't know about the value because it was a gift from my family for our wedding anniversary. Breakfast was beyond tasty. We only stayed one night, but I would recommend (and I think it might be required) a two-night stay to get the most out of the room and the town. Again, Terry was wonderful with making us feel welcome, giving us a full tour of the guest house, answering our questions, and providing a unique breakfast.
