We have stayed here six times within the past two years, and will be back in the future.
Although all Holiday Inn Express locations have the same main features, this one stands out due to the terrific staff.
They are friendly, always courteous, and above all, most helpful.
They go the extra mile to ensure that your stay is more than you expected.

Just a quick warning about this hotel: We booked a stay for a Thursday in May of this year. Our plan was to leave Ohio Thursday morning and arrive in Vermont the next day. We realized that we couldn't quite make it to Victor, which is near Rochester, NY, and called to cancel our reservation. The hotel manager told us that they had our reservation for the night before and had already charged an exorbitant rate (nearly $200) to our crediti card. We tried to explain that it was *their* mistake, as our family had planned the trip together, and would never have booked a stay for the night before we even left. Nevertheless, the manager stubbornly refused to remove the charge. We had to contact the credit card company to report a fraud. On our way through Victor, we stopped at the hotel to get the manager's name for the credit card investigation. We were informed that, gee whiz!, the clerk who entered the information had made a mistake in entering the date, after all. They cancelled the credit charge, but not without giving me and my family enough stress to induce an aneurysm. If you want your vacation to go smoothly, I'd recommend trying a different Rochester area hotel!

Hotel was new and clean. Front desk staff was accomodating and cleaning staff went the extra mile. The included hot breakfast was good (Cinnimon Roles!)

There is a Denny's across the street and it is within a pretty simple drive to the sites in the Palmyra area.

For $184 a night with adult and kids ski tickets thrown in the first day and adult tickets only the second day, I thought it was a pretty good deal. They can also print out additional (paid) tickets for you at reception, which saves a bunch of time at Bristol Mountain when you get there.

The hot breakfast was excellent, and we were graciously welcome to join in on check-in day as we'd arrived early--so 3 breakfasts in all for the price of 2. Egg and cheese omelettes with southern sausage on check-in day; scrambled eggs and bacon yesterday; will find out about today's in a minute.

Room was immaculate, and they fixed it up again real nice after our first day. Indoor pool and jacuzzi were real nice. Staff were responsive--was in email contact confirming details of the deal days before arrival.
