The food is well-prepared and the service staff are friendly and professional. Chefs are very well-trained CIA educated. The polenta might have been the best I've ever had... better than I've had in Ravenna or Modena or Bologna. Superb. When I mentioned to the chef, the acknowledgment was personal and very congenial... owner asked us if we'd already had our dessert!. We'd had (it was excellent) but it's nice to be offered a dessert as a friendly gesture. The main courses we had, veal, was perfect. If you are looking for taste, rather than decor, you'll enjoy.
