We stayed at the Rosemont in connection with a local college graduation, and found it to be a generally pleasant experience. The rooms are fine (we had two for our group), the breakfast is quite good and our hosts amiable. The immediate Utica area is a tad inhospitable-- not outright dangerous but a bit down on its luck (like Utica itself). The Inn tended to be a bit noisy (we could hear some street noise from our room and the central stairway in the house can be a little loud), but we definitely prefer B&Bs of this sort to the local motel, and would recommend the Rosemont to people who can be flexible on the disadvantageous points mentioned.
