“Great for a quick meal”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 28, 2013

My family and I found this place when we got lost (!!) and absolutely adored it! Parking is kind of hard since it's on the street but the food is worth it! Loved the coffee as well!

“We are so lucky”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 23, 2012

Murray's is one of the best of the new local food restaurants, here in the Hudson River Valley. We are so lucky. Locally sourced food cooked by people who loved food. Murray's is a better value than some-two of us for $70, two glasses of wine, one dessert, two great entrees, fabulous corn fritters starter and one dessert shared. You can't beat that for a night out, and in a low-key setting, with good service. I hope more people discover this place. It would have been jollier with more diners.

“Great locally grown food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 5, 2012

My family ate at Murray's during a weekend trip. The food was excellent. The menu changes weekly based on availability of ingredients. Everything we had was terrific. The ingredients were fresh and the menu was creative and interesting. The setting is very pleasant. Patio was available but due to heat we ate inside. Service was great

“Local, Sustainable and Delicious Al Fresco Dining”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 2, 2012

I had the opportunity to dine at Murray's on a beautiful Friday evening after a day of sightseeing in the area. What a great find! The patio is comfortable and spacious and a great place to enjoy good dining and the approach of sunset. The menu showcases local produce, cheeses, and meats in food that dazzles, and our excellent server was very knowledgable about the menu. I had the raw brassica (a kale salad with walnuts, raisins, garlic and ouray cheese), a half portion of the stuff rainbow chard (stuffed with ground port and rye berries and braised in a sauerkraut and tomato), and the sirloin strip with jalapeno cheddar mashed potatoes, complemented by a couple well-priced wines from their compact list. Each dish was a great flavor-packed success, and my fellow diners would agree. This was followed by a native blueberry galette, that offered the essence of fresh blueberries in a slightly sweet pastry. And top-notch espresso too!
