This is a great spot for a quick bite and a taste of 1950-1960 Americana. Burgers are the main fare, and the Route 66 burger was a great deal...and delicious. Top it off with your choice of milkshakes or, a large flavored Coke, with free refill.
The decor is definitely a "happy days" motif, with giant posters reminiscent of earlier soda and burger times. Usually busy, often noisy, and close to lunch and dinner times expect a line waiting to enter. Customers, as well as staff, range in age from enthusiastic young to mellow and very friendly mature folk.
While waiting for your cooked to order food, your eyes appreciate the layout and design of this iconic diner and you can entertain your ears with 5 cent "golden oldie" song selections from the retro wall jukebox.
A great place for all ages offering nostalgia for some and fine food for all.
