“Great small boutique hotel.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 6, 2008

I found myself in the Finger lakes region of NY State on a business trip and stayed at this great little hotel. It is a renovated house and the owners took great care in updating the rooms. The hotel was only a couple of blocks away from great dining and the lake itself. If I travel to this area NY State again I will certainly stay at this place again. I would even like to take my wife there for a long weekend.

Perfect location, spacious clean pretty room. This place is run by
great innkeepers. Everything about it exceeded our expectations.
My wife is in a wheelchair and we could roll easily...a block or so...to
all shops, restaurants and the lake. We were in the Boutique Hotel downtown, room 103...huge bath room and roll-in shower...lots of
room around bed, desk, TV cabinet. Greeted by an extremely
helpful note from the management complete with cellphone number
for any questions at all re: room, village etc. We travel a lot, in lots of
countries, and this was an A+ experience.

My husband and I's experience at your Hotel was FANTASTIC!!! It truly was one of the most comfortable and warm atmosphere's that I have ever stayed. I travel frequently for Business and I am used to the whole "Entourage" treatment at prestigious Hotels across the Nation which tends to be a bit overwhelming at times. Sometimes you just want to get there, have a room waiting, check in and relax until the next big business meeting. We arrived at your hotel, the key was waiting with our name, we walked up to our room and made ourselves at home immediately. No waiting in lines, carting luggage 10 flights up and down a mile worth of halls, finding suitable parking and then still having to take a limousine service just to get to town to do anything, meaning, yet another wait for a car, another fare to pay etc. I think you get my point.

Our room was beautiful. The jacuzzi room was fabulous. We were within walking distance to everything as well. Your place is very convenient and I have already recommended it to people we know who are looking to come to your quaint little town to get away. The honor kitchen is one of the best ideas that I have ever seen.

A lovely old home renovated into a Boutique Hotel, it's perfect.
It has a lovely wrap around porch with wicker chairs where you can sit and relax in the early evening with a glass of wine. We just parked our car in their lot and left it there. Since the Hotel is located in the heart of town we could just walk anywhere and everywhere. It really is a beautiful town right at the head of Lake Skaneateles. We go there every year because my husbands family is from the area and we will surely stay at this hotel again.

The Skaneateles Boutique Hotel is a beautifully renovated, friendly, clean and convenient place to stay.

We registered on the web and received a "last minute" discount. The hotel is located a short block from the main intersection in town.

The comfortable seating on the front porch provided a perfect spot to sip a glass of wine and watch the world go by.

Along with the "in room" jacuzzi, came candles and snacks provided, gratis. The towels were soft, the bedding comfortable.

You are within steps of all the shops and restaurants. The local artisians shop directly across the street from the hotel is not to be missed.

I highly recommend a stay at the Skaneateles Boutique Hotel.

My boyfriend an I have been staying at the Skaneateles Hotel for almost three years now when we visit the town and we absolutely love it.

It's a perfect location with a superfriendly staff, fantastic amenities and very comfortable, big rooms.

We stayed in room 201 in the hotel at 12 Fennell Street, right in the middle of town. The location was perfect. We were just steps from a fine meal at Joe's Pasta Garage, about a block from Thayer Park with a beautiful view of the lake, and just a few blocks away from the Presbyterian Church where we heard a lovely chamber music concert as part of the Skaneateles Festival. But the best part was the jacuzzi in the room -- a great way to unwind at the end of the day.

We arrived after the proprietors had left for the day, but there was a note taped to the door welcoming us and giving us all the instructions we could possibly want about how to get in and get situated. Toni and Curt have clearly given a LOT of thought to how to provide a top-notch experience for their guests.
