Description: Great food, great hosptality, and a great new space. We feature a classic bar and lounge, beautiful dining room and an amazing raised terrace for outdoor dining right on Broadway. Everything we serve we make here. One of our new features are homemade sausages and burgers cooked over lump charcoal. Our mission is to "put the love on the plate". Our culinary team is the most talented and most passionate team in the area. Our service staff has the power to "just say yes" to all customer's needs and wishes. We also feature a great Chef's table that accomodates up to 14 people. A perfect setting for a celebration. We serve great food in a casual and fun atmosphere with no pretense and warm hospitality. Please understand absolutely no reservations are accepted on the outdoor terrace. Outdoor dining is on a first come first serve basis. Reservations made are for inside only.

“Great food, but...”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 18, 2010

We recently went to Maestro's for their $5 at 5:00 special - food was very good. Our server was a sweetheart. My only complaint is something so silly but needs to be written.

No one wants to see the staff of a restaurant out smoking on the street, spitting, and throwing their dirty cigarette butts on the ground. If they don't care about the cleanliness of their city, do they care about the cleanliness of their kitchen? That completely ruined our experience for us. We live in this town and it made me angry to see them littering our fine town.

“one of my favorite places in town”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 5, 2010

I absolutely love eating at this restaurant whenever I get the chance. It can be a bit expensive but if you order from the fixed price menu, you will receive a great value. The quality of the food is outstanding and I've always found the service to be good. I would definitely recommend this place especially to bring a date.

“This must be what heaven is like”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 29, 2010

The place is a bit small and it has a low ceiling, so noise may be a factor if you want a quiet evening.
The food is sensational, the menu is varied and the wine list compliments everyting perfectly. Extremely knowledgeable and attentive staff only enhances this wonderful experience.
Highly recommended.

“Agree with previous review - Rude Management!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 24, 2010

The food was OK - the swordfish was dry and overcooked - but the real problem is with the management and how they run the restaurant.. We had an Open Table reservation and arrived on-time and requested a table outdoors. Although they claim not to take reservations for outside seating, we were rudely informed there was a waiting list of 1.5 hours for the outdoor seating- take it or leave it. So we sat inside, where it was hot and noisy. Plus the restaurant only has one restroom, so expect to wait on line there too. With so many other dining options in Saratoga, I would not come back here again.

“A real treat!!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 1, 2010

On our visit to Saratoga we went to dinner at Maestro's and had a delicious meal.
The waitstaff was very friendly and our server " Bunny" was a delight. All her recommendations were wonderful.... We are looking forward to going back and making Maestro's a regular stop.
