This is a special place. It is 1930's bungalow. I have passed it a jillion times. Last night I thought what the hell!
Largest mistake of the year.
Half empty restaurant. One waiter. Overwhelmed and indifferent.
Sat down. Had to stand up walk to the juncture of the two rooms and stare down the waiter who would not look above the floor when he walked to where he was heading so as not to see who needed him.
He followed me to the table and took our order. I only ordered an antipasto because I figured the two individual pizzas would be slow. The antipasto took thirty minutes. I was annoyed. At 1.5 hours The waiter came over and told me that the kitchen was making the pizza now. I blew up.
Capriccio on a full night can get you in and out in and hour. The waiter screwed everyone in the place. It should be a house of iniquity, not a restaurant. Then people would be satisfied.
The waiter lied to everyone in the place and it was a weeknight and half empty.
Never, Never, Never trust these people about anything.
