“Spicy Enchiladas!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 1, 2013

My face was sweating after I had the enchiladas. The sauce is very spicy but good! Drinks are tasty. Couldn't decide on some of the fancier restaurants on the strip so arrived at Cantina and knew we'd have a great meal! Service was very friendly, and food was very good. The chicken enchiladas are also very tasty! Very loud environment, more for a friends dinner over a family dinner.

“Frozen Margarita finishes first in our trifecta!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 26, 2013 via mobile

After a great day at the track we trotted over to this spot, remembering it as Professor Moriarity's, but pleasantly surprised by the menu and wait staff, both eager to please.
Frozen Margaritas were tasty as were the grilled shrimp and chimmies. Turnover of tables was quick on a busy night. Children seemed well accepted and found plenty of items on the menu.
Worth a visit for a nice change of pace from overpriced restaurants.

Overall a wonderful experience! Went here on accident. Absolutely loved everything about the place. Tables are a little close together, however amazing experience. Will gladly go back again!

“Great Mole Sauce”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 19, 2013

Most locals had good things to say about this restaurant, and we were not disappointed! The menu is what you would expect from a Mexican/Southwest restaurant, but with interesting variations like Three Chili Coconut Red Snapper.
My wife had the Chicken Enchiladas Verde, and I had the Chicken Enchiladas Mole.
We both were very pleased with our choices, and the mole was exceptional! The ingredients were nice and fresh, the drink menu was entertaining, and there was a nice selection of draft beers. This restaurant is very popular, and can get noisy, but that seems to be the norm these days. The service was efficient and timely. All in all, we had a wonderful time at Cantina.

4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 18, 2013

If you want really well made delicious Mexican food, this is a great place to go. Their chips and salsa are excellent and the guacamole is great, my wife loves Mexican so we always visit this
restaurant when in Saratoga Springs, you best bet is lunch hour early as it is a very busy place
