“Not a big gambler and still had fun”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 week ago

Our weekend visit was very enjoyable. My wife and I are not big gamblers but we thought we would have an adults only get away and left the kids with the grandparents and tried something new. The resort was very clean and had all of the services you could ask for. It is in a beautiful location which is nice; but, it is also in the middle of nowhere and appears out of place in the mountainous rural surroundings sitting just off the highway. If I had to pick one thing to complain about; I would agree the casino is not very considerate of non-smokers. The non-smoking section is very small, only has outdated slot machines, and is located near the middle of the casino so you have to walk a long way through smoking areas to get to the area. Overall we were very pleased with the customer service and the quality of the food in the restaurants and we would recommend it to others.

We were iffy on if the drive to this location would be worth it or not and now I am glad that we did make the drive. The hotel is very nice and also very clean. The staff is superb...the night time valet gentleman is awesome (sorry I don't remember his name)...always made us feel welcome and not rushed as other valet people do. The food at the restaurants is good...very standard but still tasty. There is nothing to do in this town but you can drive to Olean, Erie or Grove City and find things to do...including shopping. Would go back again.

My wife and l just returned from a 2 night stay. In brief, wonderful. We travel a lot from October to April before the camping season begins. This hotel was extremely clean and the staff were warm and welcoming. We arrived around 2 o'clock and asked for a room with a view. No problem. Turn down service with chocolates was a nice treat. As a picky traveller, this resort receives 2 thumb up.

A couple words on the casino. Great size and a good assortment of slots. Beverage service was good as was the air quality.

Thank you Seneca Allegany. A must stay and play experience.

The hotel at the casino was very nice. When we booked our room we asked for non-smoking room When we got our room every thing was fine no smell of smoke But during the night hours the smoke smell filtered in and when we got up to check out the next morning our room still smelled and the hallway really smelled of cigaret smoke When we checked out the lady at the desk asked us if everything was good and we told her about the smell and she acted as o well that's what happens No apology or anything. But other than that every thing elese was fine.

Stayed for the night after Trace Atkins concert. The room was very comfortable with all the amenities of a suite. Large with nice furniture and ample room for getting ready and a vanity area for my wife. The bathroom was clean with nice appointments and shower more than large enough for two ;) The view of the mountains added to this overnight experience. The resort has a selection of restaurants (do not order steak at Italian restaurant), but the one we chose left a lot to be desired. The Casino was clean, well run and what this resort operates for. Great place for a quick getaway!!

Room Tip: All rooms are luxury. Had king room, not a suite but felt like it!!

The rooms are always clean and well stocked. Always enjoy our room. The casino floor was a little quite for us though my wife enjoys going to bingo more anyways. The dealers are nice and polite as Arendt of the pit people. Players club personnel on the other hand have a lot to be desired. I asked them to help my wife with a problem and they looked at me like I'm from another planet! Have second thoughts about returning even though we have spent a lot of time and money there!

This was my second time staying at Seneca Allegany, usually stay at Niagara, the room was very clean and well appointed, nice shower, coffee maker and very large, the only complaint I have is the mattress was like sleeping on a slab of rock, I woke up with a sore back for the two nights I stayed there. Casino was kind of dead for a Sunday/Monday night and the machines were not paying whatsover! Drink service was non existent. On a side note, try the Bingo down the street at Seneca Bingo, great value at $44.00 for three hours of bingo and the payouts are great, there is also a
