We stayed at the Seneca Allegany Casino Hotel for the first time in January 2013. Got a great on-line rate for a Friday night of 55.10, can't beat that. We reserved a King size room and it was beautiful. Additionally, we asked for early check in and it was no problem. The room was big, clean and comfortable.

Ate at the cafe on the upper level; food and service was very good, but the smell of smoke from the casino, was a little bit of a nuisance!

All in all, nice place and had a good stay.

WOW....what a place! We stayed here two different nights in December. The rooms are very clean, spacious and the beds were super comfortable. We decided to order room service for breakfast and were pleasantly surprised at how quick our food arrived. When the waitress brought it in, she asked if we would like her to set it up for us. I assumed she meant, take it off the cart and just place it on the table. She had a tablecloth, real silverware, a vase with a real flower in it and all the accessories we could need. It was very nice!

We also ate at the Steakhouse there. The food was amazing....expensive, but worth every penny!

I will definitely be staying here again!!

We recently were lucky enough to receive 2 nights at this Casino Hotel. The rooms are beautiful and everything was clean. My only complaint is that the bed was so uncomfortable!! I wish I knew whether it was just the bed we had or if it was the entire hotel. We were in the older part, king size bed, so maybe some beds need replaced. I would definately stay there again..but hope for better sleeping results!! Other than that, the place is wonderful.

We stayed for only 2 days and wished we had the time to stay longer. We stayed in the brand new tower building. Everything about our room was 5 Stars. There were many convenience-type features that I wish every hotel had... For instance, there are electrical outlets everywhere. We were able to plug in our computers, phones and other devices without crawling behind furniture or having to unplug the alarm clock. Every lamp had a built in outlet. The place was immaculate and we wish that we had such a comfortable bed at home. We were surprised at the large variety of slot machines in the casino. There were many brand new games that we have never seen before. Though we didn't hit "the big one" we were lucky both days and husband and I both left with more money than we arrived with. We really enjoyed the Buffet and the Three Sisters Cafe. The food was great and the staff in each of the restaurants, as well as the casino and front desk were all very welcoming and eager to assist us. It snowed while we were there and the mountain view outside our bedroom window was breathtaking yet we were impressed that the roads were cleared immediately. We plan to return very soon. I should mention also that we are players club members and there are great gift shops where we redeem our points after each visit. This all adds up to a wonderful and relaxing stay, lots of fun and a gift to take home with you. (We used our points for pillows, just like the comfy ones in our room.)
