I was just there this week and had previously visited occasionally over the past few years since I work in the area and there isn't a lot of great options for folks working on Westchester ave who don't want to spend the time driving and then parking in downtown White Plains but after my last visit I think I'm done.
First there is the place which is located in one of the busiest shopping centers in the area. Navigating that parking lot is a deterrent in itself. The waiting area inside the restaurant is cramped with droves Rye Brook moms jamming through dragging their kids behind them. So even though you can take out a couple slices from this place, it's a battle in it's own right. There is a bar/counter area where you can sit and that is generally what I have done if I have not taken out. Service is inconsistent, sometimes very attentive and quick, other times I was waiting a long time for bread, drinks, or even my lunch. This last time today , I got a drink right away but then it took 10 minutes to get my order in (at the counter), then I was 3/4 done with my salad before bread arrived. Another guy sitting adjacent to me sent his cheesesteak sandwich back saying it was all grizzle and tough as shoe leather.
As far as the food goes it's just okay. The pizza is nothing to write home about, the salads are decent, nice presentation and reasonable sized portion but again there is really no wow factor in anything I've had. It's a decent place to grab a quick bite but not somewhere you want to plan a business lunch or any sort of social get together or dinner around in my opinion. Price is pretty much on par with what you'd expect so while it's not terrible, your money and time can be better spent elsewhere.
