Went to Thyme (Roslyn, right by the clock tower) this past Sunday for Brunch. The decor and view of the pond was lovely. The service was excellent (very attentive and accurate with our orders) and the menu had lots of options (all at very reasonable prices). My friends has egg white omelets that came with spring veggies and potatoes, which they enjoyed very much. My grilled chicken wrap with avocado was delicious. Though the menu says "no substitutions", when I told the waiter that I did not want the potatoes that came with the wrap he immediately offered a salad instead. Though the service was very quick, we did not feel rushed and lingered over our coffee (French press). After brunch we walked through the Village and around the duck pond in Gerry Park. Unfortunately, all the shops were closed (Sunday blue laws??) - so keep this in mind if you plan on doing some shopping. Outdoor seating is under a canopy and overlooks the pond. Great for very hot/sunny days if you don't want the sun beating down on you.
