We stayed at this hotel for two nights, in a suite with two queen size beds. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The beds were SO comfortable, and there were plenty of extra pillows. The suite had a refrigerator and microwave, which we didn't end up using, but it was great to have it.

The hotel itself was spotless too. We swam in the pool the first night - other reviews said it was small, which it was, but it was very clean with an entire cabinet full of extra towels. We enjoyed the hot tub in the pool area after a long drive too.

Breakfast in the morning was good - bagels, cereal, pastries, all standard stuff. They also had two waffle irons for fresh, hot waffles. Those were a hit.

The staff was efficient and professional. We would definitely stay there again if we're ever headed that way.

We visited the Comfort Suites in Sept 2007, for a girls shopping weekend.

Rooms were very nice, including two beds PLUS a sofabed in every room, which was great for sharing rooms.

The pool and hot tub looked great, although we didn't have time to use them on this trip.

'Breakfast was good. Lots of choice. Lobby was crowded because of a bus trip, but we had no problem getting a seat and a good breakfast before heading out for more shopping.

I will definitely be back again.

This hotel was clean, comfortable, had nice extras, good sized mini-fridge, powerful microwave, coffee maker, nice furnishings. Our 9 year old loved the pool, though it was a bit small and shallow for avid swimmers. The hot tub was nice after a long day of hiking. The location is super because it is just a mile off the Thruway and connects you easily to the major attractions in the Rochester area. Also, there are plenty of shopping plazas and restaurants within about a mile of the hotel. We had to spend very little time driving and very little gas money once we arrived even though we spent 4 days in the area doing all kinds of activities. Very pleased to recommend it and would stay there again.

Stayed here in March and absolutely loved it. Not sure how old this hotel is, but it seemed very new both inside and out. Rooms were very large and very clean. The indoor pool and hot tub were very inviting; the kids had a great time there. Breakfast was a step above the usual fare, and included sausage patties. Computer with internet in the lobby was free for guests. I definitely think this hotel is a step above most two star hotels and would absolutely stay here again.
