I don't know where to begin. But from the staff at the front desk to the outdated rooms, I would never stay here again. I am not very picky about where I stay, so that's saying something.
The hallway outside the nonsmoking rooms smelled like smoke. The room was 80 DEGREES when we got in there, and when we turned on the fan to cool, hot air blew out. When we called downstairs they said there is only heat in the rooms. There was mold in the grout in the bathroom. The pillows were like cold mashed potatoes. The bed was comfortable enough though. The TV was at least 20 years old. The hotel is also undergoing renovation right now. Maybe it will be nice when its done, but right now the hotel is a mess and everything is grungy and outdated.
The shuttle was great from the airport. But when we needed a ride a mile away after dark through an unsafe area--the driver was no where to be found. Then in the morning the driver didn't want to leave for the airport when I needed to because he "had a pick up at the airport in 20 min" and didn't want to wait at the airport.
Bottom line, stay at one of the hotels around the corner and avoid this place at all costs.
