This is one of the first dim sum places I have been that has a substantial vegetarian menu. That said, some of the things on the menu are a bit confusing. The veggie dumplings and buns are filled with the same filling. This filling is mysterious. All 4 people eating dinner tasted it and all of us were confused if there was actually meat in it. It seemed like it, but the wait staff assured us it was veg. Finally someone higher up came over. He listed the ingredients to us. All veggies. Oh wait, there was also egg mixed in to hold the veggies together better. I'm hoping that just what it was. If I had been allergic to eggs or vegan, that would not have been a good fact to have left out.
That said, the food was pretty tasty. My stomach was a little upset later that night, but I'm not sure if it had anything to do with the food or not.
