“Passion!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 29, 2014

Truly enjoyed watching Daniel's passion on display. Each item is lovingly prepared in the open kitchen. Very intimate, understated ambiance. A incredibly memorable experience. We will be back!

“Welcome to Provence”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 25, 2014 via mobile

An intimate space for a dozen or so people with food so beautifully prepared you'd swear you were in France on the most beautiful day of the year. The chef serves and recommends and is right there with you from the open kitchen. And what he creates would make a Parisian salivate. I never review specifics because the menu is ever changing, but every choice is both beautiful and brilliantly prepared. Just go, and BYOB.

The place is hard to find even though it is on a major road. But find it. It will spoil you for anything and anywhere else. IT IS THAT GOOD. IT IS THAT SPECIAL?

“Delicious and intimate”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 11, 2014

Had a lovely dinner here with my family. We shared everything and no one was ever disappointed. The crab cakes were fantastic, along with the steak. Had fun chatting with the owner and his staff. Talented and friendly people. Much more memorable than a restaurant and not more expensive, particularly after you factor in BYOB. Highly recommended in a town with great food.

“In the Rotation”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 31, 2014 via mobile

The Tasting Room is run by Daniel who also owns Gendron Catering. It's an unpretentious, intimate
hide away located below his home and seats only 14 guests. The bill of fare consisted of 2 appetizers, 3 en trees and 3 desserts with a new menu every night. The staff is Daniel out front and his chef in the kitchen ... only the essentials. The food was perfect....we had a smoked salmon arugula wrap appetizer and Merlot demi Filet with morels. Both were terrific. It's bring your own wine with Daniel providing stem ware and corkscrew. The Tasting Room offers fine cuisine in a unique setting at a very reasonable price. Try this spot and you may decide to keep it "in the rotation" as I have.

“Best around”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 29, 2014

The tasting room was one of the best experiences I have come across in the world. Chef Daniel makes you feel at home in a very private environment where you can see the chef cooking but you can also hear yourself. The food is unreal and it's obvious chef Daniel brings infinite experience to his dishes. On the wall you'll see his certificate from the American culinary federation honoring him as a master chef
