I eat here often - usually weekly. Not only because it is close to my office, but the quality is far above normal.
Their # is on speed-dial because I like to know what soups they will have that day - they are always home-made and are outstanding (favorites: butternut squash soup/bisque, creamy tomato with tortellini, spicy chili [superb, really fresh & chunky]).
Prices are a bit higher than a regular street-side deli, but the quality is a lot better too - only the best meats, cheeses & sides.
Favorite sandwich: roast beef, roasted red peppers, tomatoes and provolone with horseradish on a hard roll. They usually accomodate special requests (like toasted) if they aren't totally swamped. Actually, they've never said no come to think of it, but I don't go right at noon usually either.
The owner makes nearly everything himself that are larger quantity items (like soups, etc). and is usually who cashes you out. It's nice to have the person who asks how everything was actually care what your answer is :) Plus, it feels good spending my money on a genuine local business.
I don't think I've ever had a bad, or even mediocre experience.
