Management was absolutely no help at all. A family member stayed there while visiting the Glens Falls area. We had a family emergency about 150 miles away and needed to get in touch with him. Every time we called the room directly, we could hear him answering but he could not hear us. We called the "office" and was told "well I will be there in about 20 minutes and will look into it." We weren't sure who he was with (to try and call the other party) so we asked the manager who had registered for the room. I understand that this information is confidential but I was hoping the man on the phone would help us out. Instead I got "why don't you call him yourself?"!!!! If your motel phones worked in the first place I would call him myself - that's the whole point
!!!! So much for customer service. There wasn't even management on property!!!
