We went on a Saturday night which may have been a problem. We arrived around 6pm and were seated fairly quickly in the crowded restaurant. People arriving later seemed to find seats fairly quickly as well and the crowd by the door was both diners arriving and people picking up take-out. On a cold night, request a table away from the door, even if it means waiting.
They seemed short handed or our waitress was inexperienced because delays happened frequently, to us and to people seated near us. The food was very good which somewhat made up for the delays. Fortunately, it was hot as well so there may have been problems in the kitchen as well but they were not as obvious. We had the pad thai which was quite plentiful and very flavorful. We started with spring rolls which came as 3 spring rolls. Not sure if this was the case but there were 2 of us so they cut each one in half. Made it easier than negotiating over who got the last one. :) We had ordered hot tea which arrived pretty quickly but was not refilled. When we were waiting for the check, they offered more tea. They happened to be at our table because I had been trying for several minutes to get someone's attention to refill our water glasses. As we waited for our check, they cleared and wiped the table next to us as well as one across the way. The waitress never seemed to see our request for the check. When it finally arrived, I took it to the register rather than waiting for it to get picked up. Another mistake! The cashier was ringing up 3 or 4 other parties checks while I stood there waiting. Ugh! The food is good but the servers need some help setting priorities - wait on the customers sitting or standing there before doing other tasks. I would still recommend the place though maybe not on a Saturday night. The quality of the food made up for the shortcomings in other areas.
