Pulled in for lunch on our way through on the #11, and were quite satisfied with the place. Warm welcome, seated quickly by a very friendly server. Meals here are what you'd expect in an American diner - big, heavy on the fried stuff, but the value was excellent. Bit of a wait for our order. The 8 oz burger got the best of my husband. Generous amount of meat in the hot turkey sandwich. Best fries we'd had in a while. Couldn't finish our plates. Place is kind of a throw-back to a 1960's hunting lodge-style cabin - all wood panelling and timber and coach lamps, but it is a comfortable family-run establishment, and evidently the go-to place for locals, students, families and pop-ins alike. Would stop in again. Accessible.
