Diner's essentially operate like the town cafeteria - you can get a little of anything and most of it is OK. Pleasantville Diner holds to this rule - the decent food is served by fairly attentive staff in an adequate room with the old-fashion round-stool bar. The problem here lies solely in the prices. Breakfasts run north of $10 and other meals north of $20. It takes some of the comfort out of the comfort food you went into a diner to experience. In short, eat at the cafeteria at work.
