I ate at Himalaya in early June 2013 - I had the pork ribs with kale (from the Bhutanese menu), and my friend had the "special" with noodles beef. Both dishes were really delicious, all the staff was very friendly and courteous and the atmosphere, with Nepalese flags and lanterns hanging from the ceiling was delightful. The portions were nice also. One small hiccup - I had ordered a tea with salted butter, but it never came. When the waitress realized, she apologised abd iffered to bring it to me then. One small recommendation: if tey could include a small bowl with some if tge delicious brothfrom the ribs to pour over the rice - that would make the dish even better! - though maybe not in keeping with how the dish is usually served. We made reservations, but I don't think that was strictly necessary.
