Confetti occupies part of a warehouse-like brick building in Piermont, NY near the site of a former paper mill. It is close to the pier and there is a view of the Hudson River and the Tappan Zee Bridge from the sidewalk tables. While there is some adjacent automobile traffic, in nice weather, it's quite pleasant to be seated outside. I've eaten at Confetti several times, mainly because the location of the restaurant has been convenient. The menu is confusing and difficult to understand (primari piatti, secondi piatti, etc), and I have had to ask the waiter/waitress to explain it each time. Service has generally been quite good. The food is good to very good, but not truly great. If you are in the mood for some pasta, there don't seem to be a lot of choices. The lasagna, in particular, was good, but rather ordinary. Prices for entrees are fairly moderate, and portion sizes are pretty generous. They have some interesting beers on tap, and the wine selection looks good, if pricey. In fairness, I would probably give this restaurant a rating of three-and-a-half, were it possible.
