“Best chicken parm”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 30, 2013

I had the chicken pram dinner with angel hair. It was the beat Italian meal I've had in a long time.
My wife had sea scallops which were extremely tasty. The service was great especially our
Waitress Janet. She could not been more attentive to our needs. I recommend Slatterys landing
To everyone who want to enjoy a great meal in a friendly family atmosphere.

“Comfortable, friendly with good steaks”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 19, 2013

My son and I stumbled across this place after an unhappy meeting with the locals regarding a ticket for cell phone use in NY. The service was friendly, the food was good and we had a relaxing meal that put us in better spirits.

“Dessert's to remember !!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 12, 2013

Piermont village is a picturesque location approximately 30 miles from the George Washington bridge of New York. The road leading to the village and the river front is absolutely stunning. The curves are dangerous and need to be negotiated with care. Once there though the atmosphere is electrifying.
On a cloudy and windy day when we visited, it was blistering cold and the wind would bite into you piercingly. Yet, when we dived into Slattery's landing, for jugs of good hot coffee, little did we realize that we would be spending a good two hours inside, shielding ourselves from the weather and more importantly being pampered by the indulgent staff.
The menu was decent with all the regular items as expected on the card. But what dazzled us was the array of the desserts displayed by the staff directly on to the table where we wre seated. I opted for the apple strudel with vanilla ice cream. It was perfect. My family members opted for the cheese cake, the creme de buie , assorted pastries and strawberries . Each one of these was prepared in the most traditional manner giving us the feeling that we were in the quaint European villages world renowned for these recipes.
The coffee served in elegant steel pots was impeccable. But the staff floored us completely. They were well informed about what they were serving and gave us an insight of how the items are prepared. Suffice to say that with the indulgence, we had no heart to have dinner in the evening as we got back to where we were staying.

“Brunch”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 30, 2013

Very nice, lovely sitting outside. A bit cramped in bar where brunch was set up. Omelet chef enjoyed his work! Wait staff were excellent! Would go again!
