“Remarkable In every sense of the word!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 12, 2011 via mobile

So Much like restaurants in Italy. Hard to find one of this quality here in WNY. Exquisite food prepared by the chef who is from Florence, Italy. Attentive service and a lovely ambience. Not another restaurant in WNY comes close to being this special. Remember to call ahead for reservations!

“Excellent!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 26, 2010

This became one of our favorites and we would go several times a month. Recently moved out of state and can't wait to go back! The risotto with squid ink is not to be missed! Loved the food, the wine, the owners- EVERYTHING!

“Excellent meal”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 3, 2010

Went there last night with a party of 7. It is like walking into someone's cozy home. Greeted at the door to take our coats. What a gem. Service was excellent and the spinach raviolo was outstanding. I would say better than Mangia in the village of Orchard Park and much more intimate. Menu was quite varied. Don't be put off by the exterior. Enjoy!

“One of the finest!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 13, 2009

My husband and I celebrated our 33rd at this PRIMO dining establishment. The food, the wine list and the ambiance were on par with, if not better, than some of the other 4 star eating establishments in this area. No fussiness just total dining pleasure. Come hungry, leave sated and ready to make your next reservation.

“IL Fiorentino Ristorante...”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 20, 2008

IL Fiorentino Ristorante is a few houses down from Danny's South...and it does look like a house. The interior has a nice homely "Napa Valley" feel to it and its somewhat small, so reservations are suggested for Friday & Saturday nights. The host & servers are extremely friendly, as well as Roberta, a co-owner, who is around to steer you in the right item selection. We began our meal with fresh warm bread and a flavorful Pinot Grigio. The wine list is short, but ideally suited for their menu. For appetizers, we had the Risotto auv Salmone and the Caprese Salad. The tomato & mozzeralla were fresh. The risotto was well prepared and quite appetizing. We followed that with the Brachila and Spinach Walnut Ravioli served in a gorgonzola cream sauce. The Brachila is a beef tenderloin stuffed with egg & prosciutto covered in a Tuscan tomato beef sauce and served w/ fire-roasted red peppers. This was delicious to the last morsel. The Spinach walnut Ravioli was new, creative and extremely delectable. We rounded out our meals with the Tiramasu and the Tuscan Ba-Ba deserts. For lack of better description, the Ba-Bas are similiar to rum balls served in a fluffed cream, blueberries and cantalope. The tiramasu was good quality, but the Ba-bas were a little strong for me. Although If you like rum you'll love this dessert. We were given a lemoncello to finish our dinning experience, which I must warn you is stronger than most lemoncellos that I've ever had. Overall, it might not look like much from the outside, but you are truly missing out on one of Orchard Park's hidden gems if you pass on IL Fiorentino.
