“Great family service!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 28, 2012

The best food and service we have had in a long time! The food is fantastic! The children's menu is great and super healthy. My kids had the breaded chicken (it was so good that even we couldn't stop from tasting some of it).

“An Old Forge gem!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 19, 2012

Thanks to the excellent reviews on Trip Advisor, we stopped here for an early dinner after climbing Bald Mountain. Innovative and creative choices such as red quinoa tabouli started us off, accompanied by homemade bread and a small and delicious selection of olives. My husband's steak was great, as were my chile rellenos. Service was attentive and friendly. This is a great find in a town of fast food. Preceding review... What were you thinking?

“Overrated”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed August 18, 2012 via mobile

The place is quaint. The food was okay depending on what you ordered. The kids menu was very limited and over priced! Half a bowl of wagon wheel pasta with butter.. 7$. The service was slow and unattentive. We will try someplace else next time!

“Chef Paul Rivett doesn't seem capable of making a bad meal:)”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 17, 2012 via mobile

So impressed with our dinner and overall experience. Upscale, but without a hint of snobbery, prices incredibly reasonable, especially considering the quality of food, service, presentation, etc. Small but varied menu. I tried 3 of the small plates--all delicious, husband shared my small plates and got the lamb (which he's picky about, and loved). Desserts were great too (how the baker managed to make flourless chocolate tart so light is beyond me). We'll be back ASAP.

“Gourmet breakfast!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 9, 2012

Excellent choices for breakfast including a good selection of freshly baked goods. It's not often you have to ponder over a breakfast menu, as you do here.
