“Clean, boutique hotel.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 5 days ago NEW

We stayed in room 101 for six nights. Katerina at the front desk is very friendly and helpful and Tatiana did an awesome job cleaning the room each day. Breakfast is simple but adequate and the hotel is clean. The pool wasn't open when we were there but it's outside on the roof and it's small but nice. Our room had a an outside ground level balcony but it's on the road and is noisy. But all the buildings are on the road unless you want to pay double the price. My only complaint would be the shower, it's very small and the shower curtain sticks to you. There are no shelves to place your soap or shampoo and the water runs hot and cold. It's good value for the price and I would stay there again. You can also walk to all the attractions, museum and restaurants and shopping.

The Hotel was very nice but the swimming pool was small it was ok as no one was ever around it .I would stay there again . The staff was very nice and friendly Breakfast was very nice . we stayed for 14 days

The only thing bad it was on the main road it was a bit noisy of a night but if you are a good sleeper you will be ok as we were

Room Tip: all rooms were nice

This is a GREAT place! We booked last minute and were allocated a poolside room. The staff are friendly and helpful, their advice about tours and local attractions, restaurants etc has been spot on. The view from the breakfast area across the Aegean is lovely. The street provides some great local colour and is fun to observe. Close to town and easy access to car hire, buses etc. I'll be returning!

I was surprised to jump on here and find negative reviews about the service? Maybe we were lucky but Demitra was fantastic. All of her recommendations were dead on and made our Santorini trip as good as it could be. We were only here for two nights (three days in each island;) and yes, it is on a loud street. The rooms are clean and pretty big. If you live in a city like we do and noise doesn't bother you this hotel is good choice and has a nice view of the sunrise.

Room Tip: Get a room facing East. The Hotel is on a hill and you can have a great view if you get up for it.

This truly was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The customer at Amerisa is always wrong apparently. Left after two nights and stayed somewhere for roughly a fifth the price but much better overall. The officious staff made this place even worse, as if the concrete slabs of beds weren't enough for about 200€ a night. The owner was one of the ruddest hoteliers we have ever encountered. Avoid like the plague!

this extremely expensive hotel for what they offer was the worst experience in our otherwise fantastic trip in Greece. I absolutely advise to avoid this place if you decide to travel to Santorini. Fortunately there are lots of other much better options in Fira.

We booked this a week (very last minute) before we were due to arrive so we didn't know what to expect but turned up and were pleasantly surprised. The lady in reception was lovely- she went out of her way and helped me book other internal flights for the rest of our trip! She also helped with car hire. Our room opened onto the small dipping pool but it was roomy and modern and the bathroom was lovely. You have a sea view- not a Cyclades view but town is a 5 minute walk away. It is noisy being on the main road but over all we enjoyed it.
