“Amazing, once in a life time!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 22, 2013

Hotel in excellent location, great view and staff super friendly (as almost everyone in Greece)! A series of breathtaking sunsets, good food/wine and close to city center (so you can walk a little and free your mind from the guilty of laying down on the pool all day! :-) ).
Recommended for sure!

Room Tip: ask view to the pool/sea

Absolutely gorgeous views! Went with my husband for 5 nights and had the most incredible time. The hotel was very nice and very clean. The restaurant was very good and had a stunning view of the caldera - absolutely mesmorizing. The balcony off my room got a ton of use as I would just sit for hours with a glass of wine admiring the incredible scenery. I loved having a little kitchen so that we could prepare our own meals to save money. There was a grocery store 10 minutes walk away and the town of Fira was about 15-20 minutes walk which was very practical (could catch a bus to sights from there). There was also a hotel shuttle to take you to Fira if you didn't want to walk. Easily my favorite place I have ever travelled!

This was easily one of the best hotels we stayed on our entire trip to Greece. The view from the balcony was picture postcard perfect. We just could sit there for hours. I can vouch that the sunset view was the best in all of Santorini from the balcony of our room... amazing experience !

Room Tip: Get a room with a balcony overlooking the Caldera

We stayed here in July 2012 and could not have had a better vacation! The rooms are perfect; not too fancy, comfortable and clean. The view was truly one of a kind! The included breakfast had something for everyone and the family couldn't get enough fresh squeezed OJ. Pool is the right size with a cool submerged platform. Rent a car because the hotel is not in town. Plus, the car was vital in exploring the island.

Room Tip: Chose a room above the pool deck or below it. Rent a Car

We stayed at Lillium for 4 days. A wonderful place. Very clean and good service. Although we did not find it very practical that the bar and restaurant was closed between meal times. We were unable to get anything to eat in the meantime, unless we went into town.
The massage was great and very relaxing.

Room Tip: Choose a room by the pool. Some other rooms are too windy, as they are right on the cliff!

This place was wonderful. The pool called to us every day. The property is built into the cliffs and each room has a unique and magical view. The breakfasts were tasty and the staff was very helpful and friendly. There are markets within walking distance and fridges in the room for snacks.

Make sure you take advantage of the pool and the sunsets on the property. They are wonderful.
