“Late review -- great hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 weeks ago

I must apologize to the wonderful people at the Panorama for neglecting to review their delightful hotel. We stayed there in September and had a marvelous time. Our room was a Petite Suite, just down a little hallway from the reception desk lobby. The room was spacious with a lovely balcony and a luxurious Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, both of which we used a lot. The views from both were spectacular. While the noise from the restaurant/club right above us was a tiny bit disturbing (really only the sound of sliding chairs), that did not detract from all the other attributes of the room. I believe choosing that type of room puts one on that level. I would not have traded. The breakfasts were simply amazing. Amazing. Such good food and service. We enjoyed the pool; the stairs did not bother us, The location of the hotel is perfect -- just a short walk to all the shops and restaurants, as well as the bus station and museum.. I would go back tomorrow. Everyone concerned was most helpful from the moment our bags were carried the block to the hotel to our very early morning departure. I feel so fortunate to have chosen the Panorama.

We stayed here in July for 3 nights and we loved it! The hotel was clean. The staff were more than accommodating and friendly. Always greeting you with a smile and nothing was ever too much trouble.
The room was very clean and the view was amazing. The breakfast on the rooftop was unbelievable. The food quality was so fresh.
Highly recommend this place and I want to go back to Santorini just so I could stay back at this hotel.

We stayed in Room 402 from the 8th October after being switched from my original choice of the Cosmopolitan Suites Hotel due to their lack of professionalism in their booking system.
I am so pleased we got moved to the Panorama Boutique Hotel because the Hotel location, service and staff were fantastic. The room was a good size room with a bathroom which included a whirlpool bath. We were a little disappointed that we never had an actual shower enclosure but the bath did have a shower attachment. However once we saw the view from our balcony we had already stopped worrying about a shower as it was absolutely stunning and breath taking.
The reception staff were very polite and helpful when asking about buses, beaches etc and were first class with the local knowledge and information offered. The V Lounge staff for breakfast were fabulous as were the waitress and barmen during the day. The food is very well cooked and we never had a single issue in 8 days with any food or drink we were served, just a perfect bar to relax in with further stunning views. The only slight issue we had was upon checking out when someone had apparently used our room number for their mini bar bill but upon explaining we had not used the minibar at all, the receptionist quickly waivered the charge.
All in all a fantastic holiday upon which I would highly recommend the Panorama Boutique for it's all round qualities which include location, staff and service.

Room Tip: Room 402 has a beautiful view from street level but sleep can be interrupted from the odd noisy late...

We are a couple, on our low 30s, travelling on our honeymoon. Travelled on Sep.2014.
The hotel is very well located, literally 'inside' Fira town, which can be either a positive or negative point, depending on what you are looking for. We found it great because after a long day walking/driving around the island, it is perfect to be back to your room, take a shower and walk around looking for a place to have dinner, without bothering to get the car again.
The hotel is located on a pedestrianized street, in that way you will have to walk from the point where the taxi or transfer drops you off. It is not a long walk, like 2 min maximum.
Also, unlike many hotels, which are located below street level, making you have to climb up and down lots of stairs, Panorama is locate on the street level. And, despite the fact that the hotel has 3 or 4 lower levels, they have an elevator.
The breakfast is served on their rooftop bar, which is one floor above the front desk, and to get there you will need to climb a stair (not served by the elevator), but it is just a few steps up.
This place, which has an amazing view of the caldera, also works as a bar at night. (but we haven’t tried it out).
Despite not having dozens of options, the breakfast is delicious and more than enough to start the day in a great way. They serve yogurt, honey, marmalade, cornflakes, milk, coffee, tea, orange juice, bread, fresh fruit, as well as the Greek specialties (olives, feta cheese, capers, tomatos), and you get to choose among a few hot dishes (eg. scrambled eggs, sausages, omelette, etc.).
We booked the standard double room, and following an advice we read on tripadvisor we asked for a quieter room, not on the street level, and they got us a room on the 4th floor below street level. Nice small balcony, but with a table and a couple of chairs, where you could enjoy a wine with the beautiful view. However, the balcony is not a great spot to see the sunset, because the sun goes down behind the island and you don’t get to see the sun diving into the water. There is a nice bathroom as well, with a good shower with hot water.
The room is spacious, clean, the decoration is simple, modern and pleasant.
We didn’t use the pool, so we can’t comment on that, but from up there it seemed a little small.
At last, everyone at the front desk was extremely helpful!! They organized the transfer from the airport, helped us renting a car, called a cab when we needed and most important, provided very useful tips on where to go, good places to eat, nice places to see the sunset, and everything else we needed (even taught us a few words in greek!).
We loved the place, we definitely recommend it and would come back.

Room Tip: Ask for a room not on the streel level.

On my last day in santorini, they offered me to keep my luggage at lobby area which is safe and well stored from morning til my flight time at night. The views are outrageous and the location perfect.if you want to swim in the pool be prepared for about 140 steps up and down! We stayed in a large room with a jacuzzi tub in the room!
Bathroom is tiny but shower stall is large.
Breakfast is lovely and service is outstanding .great rooftop breakfast room with view of the volcano.
Balcony has small table and two chairs with not much room for anything else!

Room Tip: Book the biggest room you can as my sister stayed in the regular room and it is small

We stayed at the panorama boutique for a week from the 13th September. The hotel is centrally located to all the fabulous restaurants. I can only add to all of the positive reviews. The rooms were spotlessly clean and kept to that high standard for our whole stay. We had crisp robes and slippers to add to our comfort. We did have a minor problem that was dealt with quickly and professionally and to their credit we were offered a room upgrade free of charge. The balcony in our first room was small but everyone has an unrivaled view of the caldera and it was perfectly fine. In brief a wonderful Hotel, with friendly and professional staff who arranged a fabulous sunset cruise for us that we shall never forget.
Thank you Panorama. I cant recommend you highly enough.
