Last spring, I stayed with my wife in Atlantis Hotel in Fira.

The location of the hotel - in the center of the town - gave us the opportunity to visit the bars and restaurants of
Fira tasting the famous Thira's wines without worrying about how to drive back as the hotel was always in
walking distance.
The view from our room was breathtaking! We were able to enjoy the superb Caldera from our balcony or from
the large window of the room. We loved that balcony!

But, the most important of all, was the caring and friendly personnel of the hotel.
The breakfast was always served with a warm "good morning" and an unpretending smile. We felt welcomed
and pretty much at home.

Also, the receptionists were very helpful answering our numerous questions, giving us all the necessary details
about the island. All their suggestions and recommendations were just right. When they found and brought me
my hand watch, which I had forgotten in the lobby's restroom, I was amazed and thought "They do care for
their clients".

The day of our departure, the receptionists (without even asking them to do it) informed us that they had checked
our ship's departure time and that there was a two-hour delay. That was really helpful because they saved us
from waiting at the port.

My conclusion is that, Atlantis Hotel is not great only for its view but also for its people.

We went in Santorini in August and IT WAS FANTASTIC... Some friends had told us about the ATLANTIS HOTEL and their were right. It is very beaytful as a building, very clean, the rooms and all is decorated with a very good simple classic style, the view is unic, a special breakfast is always expecting you but most importand of all was the good service and managmend. They all were very polite, my husband, my 3 kids and i felt like home... Also the pool was very safe for the kids. Dimitris (an emploee) was so sweet with my kids... my 2 girls loved him! What can i say more... We hope next year to be able to live it again !!!

I stayed in Hotel Atlantis for 5 nights in August 2008, and I couldn't be more satisfied.Everything is excellent about this place...the location, the caldera view, the rooms, but most of all the friendly people.

The hotel is located in the main street of Fira, in the middle of everything. The building itself is actually an architectural landmark. The premises are beautiful and classy, with high ceilings and most importantly not at all pretentious. The room I stayed was spacious and comfortable, with two balconies overlooking the town. There is a real hotel lobby with a huge balcony offering probably the best unobstructed view of the caldera and the volcano that any hotel in Fira can offer. Taking your breakfast there is a wonderful experience.

Having said all that, my best experience was the excellent service from the friendly people of Atlantis. Unpretentiously kind and gentle staff that was always ready to help and answer any question.

All in all, I stayed in a first class hotel with amazing surroundings, breathtaking views and impeccable service. I couldn't expect anything better. Thank you !!

We stay 2 weeks in this hotel at this summer and it was great! We had an amazing time and enjoyed our stay. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Excellent service, nice view and it has all which a hotel need to have.

Hotel Atlantis is the best place to stay if you visit Santorini.
